The candidates in the Phase-4 provisional merit lists published by the University of Calcutta, are instructed to upload their documents for verification and calculation of final merit-scores through the Google Form Links given below. Merit wise admission will be allowed on the basis of final merit-scores. Last date of uploading the documents is 19/11/2021, 11:59PM.
