ADMISSION NOTICE – 2016

This is for information of all candidates in the provisional merit lists for admission to the 2-year M.A. (Bengali, Education and History), M.Com. and M.Sc. (Mathematics) courses in the 2016-17 session that the admission process will take place according to the following schedule:

Admission will be done strictly according to the merit by the method of counseling and will run till vacancies exist. All candidates are directed to bring the following items/documents on the date of counseling:

  1. Full admission fee (Rs.11,300/- for Education, Rs.11,000/- for Bengali, History and Com. and Rs.15,600/- for Mathematics)
  2. One set of photocopies of Madhyamik/secondary admit card, Mark sheets of B.A./B.Sc./B.Com-Part-I,II and III examinations, caste certificates(if any)
  3. Original documents of above mentioned and College Leaving certificate, Family income, Migration certificates/registration certificates
  4. 7 copies of stamp size recent colour photographs
  5. NCTE approval letter for the college (only for B.Ed. candidates to be admitted to M.A. Education)

 

If necessary, entrance examinations for the 40% open seats in Mathematics (MCQ type: 50 marks) & Bengali (short answer type: 50 marks) will be held on 12/08/16 at 12PM (1hr 15 min. duration) at the PG Section of Fakir Chand College.

 

All candidates must bring a copy of the online application form with a color photo pasted on it and a valid photo-ID proof along with them for the entrance examination.
