  1. Printout of Online application from with one colour duly pasted in appropriate place.
  2. One set of photocopies of Madhyamik/Secondary admit card, mark sheets of B.Sc Part – I, II,III, Caste certificate (if any), Physically handicapped certificate (if any).
  3. Original of above mentioned documents along with college certificate, Family Income, Migration certificate/Registration certificate.
  4. 7 copies of stamp size recent colour photographs.
  5. Bank payment acknowledgement slip for online application.
  6. Requisite admission fee (please see the details in college website).
